Join PAREXEL's dynamic Legal and Risk Management Team as an Attorney, Commercial Contracts . We are currently seeking a resourceful, independent, self-starter who is looking to bring his/her initiative and enthusiasm to our collegial team of experienced Attorneys in our Horsham, PA office. The Attorney, Commercial Contracts is primarily responsible and accountable for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on revenue-generating contracts with our customers, under the guidance and direction of senior members of the Legal & Risk Management department. In addition to the drafting and negotiation of customer-facing commercial contracts, the Attorney, Commercial Contracts will also draft, negotiate and close a variety of vendor contracts and will provide legal support to the Company s operations and marketing departments. The successful candidate will have frequent interactions with internal stakeholders across multiple business units and functional groups and will be responsible for ensuring that all contracting processes are followed, including obtaining and documenting any approvals required in connection with each contract. The Attorney, Commercial Contracts is responsible for facilitating the resolution of business and legal issues and formulating recommendations using analysis, creativity and the development of new approaches to enable contract execution while safeguarding the Company and creating a positive customer experience all in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The Attorney, Commercial Contracts will participate in and contribute to the development and on-going review of relevant processes, guidelines and procedures relating to the Company s commercial contracting activities. The work requires cross-functional collaboration within the Company, strong business acumen, and a positive can-do attitude. This is a client-facing position. It is expected that the Attorney, Commercial Contracts will establish productive relationships with internal and external clients and business partners and foster a client-focused approach with respect to the performance of all Legal & Risk Management responsibilities.
