Director of Information Security Identity Access Management-(18000927)DescriptionThe Director of Information Security of Identity & Access Management directs the preparation, review, consolidation of central, regional, subsidiary, and divisional identity management standards, access provisioning system design & development, role based access control (RBAC) entitlement development, and implementation of role administration. The Information Security Director of Identity & Access Management will give emphasis to service-oriented activities to lead BSWH-wide evaluation, design, and implementation of effective security access provisioning and control compliance with applicable regulations. The Director of Information Security of Identity & Access Management is responsible for all aspects of such IS activities including but not limited to the preparation and execution of multimillion dollar projects, coordinating development and management of IS principles and standards, frequent interactions with and ability to influence highly technical staff, complex project management oversight, and relationship management for the many stakeholders affected by Information Services.The Director of Information Security of Identity & Access Management will also have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:Coordinate the development and management of Identity Management principles and standards including regular periodic reviews of each.Develop communication plans for Identity Management principles and standardsOversee delivery of global identity & access management services in response to BHCS s evolving business demands.Remain knowledgeable of trends and advancements in information systems and information technology in order to assess the feasibility of implementing new services, systems, and technologiesEnsure that BHCS s identity & access management services are designed to be compliant with security and privacy standards and other industry standards and practices.Oversee & guide the operations of identity & access management systems including MS Active Directory, LDAP, ADFS, AD LDS, IdM (SailPoint) and 2-factor authentication managementBuild strategy for identity & access management services that are robust and scalable to support the BHCS employees, 3rd party service providers, and information seekers.Supervise and develop staff on multiple projects, business development, and communications with executivesInterface with the other IT disciplines including the networking engineering, messaging, server, and desktop support teams to provide resolution of service issues.Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.Responsible for development and management of budgets.Recruit, develop and retain team members, potentially staffed in varied geographic locationsWork in alignment with an Enterprise IdM management and governance bodies and will be responsible for supporting the program initiatives through implementing successful Directory services projects.The ideal Director of Information Security of Identity & Access Management will hold a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field combined with 10 years of applicable Information Services or Information Security role and at least 5 years of management experience to direct the development, implementation, and management of Information Security. The Director of Information Security of Identity & Access Management will also have the following skills and experience, including but not limited to:Working and functional knowledge of Information Systems technology, applications, databases and integrationsStrong interpersonal, communication, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to represent BSWH IS effectively with your peers in standards organizations and partner organizationsSelf-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to drive work and projects to completion in a fast moving environmentStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills are a mustGood interpersonal and organizational skills required to communicate with employees, customers, and vendors verbally and in writing in a technical and non-technical mannerAbility to facilitate a team environment encouraging communication and cooperative problem solvingLocation/Facility Baylor Scott & White Health, Corporate, Bryan Tower, DallasBaylor Scott & White Health (BSWH)is the largest not-for-profit health care system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States.
