Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale is looking for a Litigation Support Case Manager to provide technical support to litigation case teams. This position is the main contact with legal teams, so exceptional written and verbal communication skills are vital. The Case Manager will provide status reports as requested to legal teams, assist attorneys and paralegals in planning discovery projects, aid with collection of data, administer Relativity Analytics including assisted review, to aid in document review, build and maintain litigation databases, create document productions, and work with vendors. It will also assist case teams in preparing documents for presentation at depositions, hearings and trials.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft Excel or similar programs very important.
- Experience administering Relativity and/or Relativity Analytics strongly preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in a litigation environment with a minimum of one year managing electronic discovery projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
