Marketing Compliance Documentation and Training Manager

The Documentation and Training Manager will be a crucial member of the Marketing Compliance Team for one of the largest Web Hosting companies in the World. They will collaborate with the Marketing Compliance and Legal teams to transform regulatory policies and information provided by subject matter experts into an internal library of Marketing Compliance Training programs including guidelines, documentation and training material for marketing, product development, engineering and project teams throughout the company.The primary goal of the Marketing Compliance Documentation and Training material will be to drive alignment and uniformity in brand marketing, advertising and customer touch point compliance standards across the company.Documentation Responsibilities:Coordinate and define learning solution objectives with business leadersWorking with Legal and Marketing Compliance, identify required documentation and guideline materialCoordinate the discussions about policies and guidelines between Legal and Marketing teamsDevelop a solid understanding of our marketing efforts, operations, brands, websites, purchase flows and customer touch points to help design and develop Compliance Guideline materialWrite concise, creative, engaging and effective guidelines derived from Legal policies and regulatory requirements, including marketing design requirements, standards, style guides, and technical specifications for Marketing ComplianceDevelop and organize online repository of all material for easy access, training and eLearningEnsure required policies, guidelines and documentation is regularly reviewed and updated as appropriate and any necessary training is providedContinuously identify and recommend additional Marketing Compliance guidelines or training opportunitiesTraining Responsibilities:Develop training material for multi-functional areas across the company, in the form of eLearning, videos and classroom materialCoordinate, facilitate and conduct ongoing training across company both in-office and for remote employeesPropose, design and champion innovative and engaging learning solutionsEstablish and implement existing and new employee Marketing Compliance training programs and tracking processRequired Experience:A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Communications3 years in related fieldsExcellent writing, oral communication and training skills a mustPrior training development experiencePrior policy and guideline written experienceKnowledge of training and development practices, methods and principlesAbility to organize and manage multiple projectsAbility to interact and support all levels within organizationMust be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
