Nevro is a medical device company headquartered in Redwood City, California. We have developed HF10 therapy, an innovative, evidence-based neuromodulation platform for the treatment of chronic pain.
We started with a simple mission to help more patients suffering from chronic pain. At each stage of development, our research was subject to the highest levels of scientific rigor, resulting in a new therapy that has advanced the state of spinal cord stimulation (SCS).
The Nevro Senza SCS System received CE mark in 2010, TGA approval in 2011, FDA approval in 2015, and is commercially available in Europe, Australia, and the United States.
The Talent Sourcer will use tools, data, and creativity to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals. This position will work closely with a recruiter and hiring managers across sales teams to achieve Nevro s hiring goals. This is a contract role for 6 months.
2+ years of high volume, recruiting experience, preferably with sales professionals
Partner with hiring managers and our recruiting team to understand hiring needs
Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
Apply your creative sourcing tactics and look for new ways to network with top talent
Ensure all candidates have an exceptional experience throughout their interview experience with Nevro
Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiting Software/Application required
General knowledge of major applicant tracking systems (iCIMs, etc.)
Ability to proactively network and establish working relationships with candidates
Ability to rigorously prioritize and multitask and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the recruiting process
