Members of the Risk Assurance Managed Monitoring and Testing Services team are at the leading edge of risk and compliance developments; helping clients assess, design and develop solutions that allow them to manage diverse risks through a consistent, coordinated, and sustainable strategy. PwC's approach is a principles-guided, scalable method that integrates corporate compliance and operating control activities into a manageable and sustainable process.

Position/Program Requirements
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 years in Assurance, controls and/or corporate compliance-related experience, including consulting, auditing, risk management or operational roles.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and/or a related business field.

Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Business or Accounting

Certification(s) Preferred: CPA, CIA, CCEP
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thorough levels of, and/or a proven record of success in roles involving compliance, risk management and internal control testing programs, including the following areas:
- Sound foundation of internal controls and testing experience;
- Knowledge of corporate risk assessment and compliance practices;
- Familiarity with sector-based regulatory requirements and/or IT-related control standards; and,
- Familiarity with data analytics techniques.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrated proven thorough abilities and success serving as an individual contributor on client engagements and/or internal projects related to risk management, compliance and/or control testing programs, including the following areas:

- Utilizing consistent creative problem-solving abilities and consultancy mindset while working on and researching problems/issues and developing effective solutions for clients'controls or corporate compliance monitoring and testing activities;
- Maintaining relationships and building credibility with key client contacts, companies, and a network of professional organizations/affiliations within risk, controls and compliance;
- Conducting analyses that leverage creative and critical thinking and problem solving; advise on and derive solutions through utilization of information systems, DBs, Excel and other tools;
- Delivering clear requests for information and demonstrating organization and discipline in prioritizing and completing tasks;
- Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; and,
- Demonstrating flexibility and desire to travel, as client assignments require.
